"Absolutely love this hotel. This was our 2nd visit to Wolverhampton for concerts, and stayed here both times ... booked a 3rd before leaving! The hotel is beautifully decorated, and very well kept. The rooms are well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The restaurant is wonderful, with a good choice of reasonably priced meals, which are cooked to perfection. The breakfast is superb, with something for everyone - all fresh and delicious! The staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. There are cheaper hotels available, but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny to me. I would (and do!) recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Wolverhampton! "

"Stayed at the apartment for 5 nights as I was working near by. From the moment I arrived it went downhill. Got to the apartment for about 7:45pm and had a check in for 8pm. I waited until 8:30 as no one had turned up to give me the keys. The person on the phone told me the lady was 10-15 minutes away. I waited until 9pm and still no one turned up, so I rung again. They then informed me the lady had phoned in sick and they was trying to find someone else to let me in. A lovely lady turned up (didn’t get her name unfortunately) and had come over from the Birmingham area to let me in. Finally got in about 10:15. The photos of the place I booked looked different to where I actually stayed but it was late and had a bed so didn’t complain. The mattress was very thin and you could feel the wood slates under the mattress. The pillows was super thin and had to use all 4 to get some comfort. The shower doesn’t drain very fast so you stand in a puddle while showering. The internet went out on the 2nd day so had no tv for the week, got told there was an issue with the cables in the building but who knows if that was true. Also got told someone was 15 minutes away when they was checking me in but they never turned up. And to top it all off 4 kids tried to mug me in the NCP car park opposite on one of the mornings I was walking to work. Has the potential to be a nice apartment "

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up after cancellation at 5 times the price paid a year in advance... Unfortunatley people were snappy any room up for these inflated prices so a real wining for the hotels but not the customers that lost out. Because of the limit to no hotels left on the day of travel we had to return to Bournemouth from Birmingham and miss the event we were so looking forward to attending... We have been refunded half the apartment price of £174 but have lost out of the £195 tesco voucher which was in addition, £150 on 3 tickets for the event , £150 lost pay for not working on the Friday and the petrol used getting half way to Birmingham.. No sorry or phone call at all just a rather big fight to get just £174 of our money back ... I have to provide evidence i didnt cancel booking as apartment manager quoted to hotels.com the cancellation policey ....which i kindly told hotels.com wasnt my fault but apartment... I have lost £££'s but my son is the victim as he didnt get to see his fav bands :-( shame on u"
