"My room fantastic, everything was modern & in was perfect condition, The lighting set up great, plenty of options. The bed was so comfortable but I had to get down for the breakfast that was included in the price. An excellent location in the heart of Birmingham easily accessible by all modes of transport. Quality spacious dinning area with great views of central Birmingham & also the walking route to get to Birmingham New Street railway station is visible from the dining area. The breakfast included couldn't be better, fresh, hot cooked breakfast available with clean serving apparatus. There was a wide selection of cereals & fruit, yogurt, pastries & more. All self service buffet, there were staff present if you needed help or advice. The hot drinks machine was brand new & served great latte, there were many options available. Juices also. It was a pleasure to stay there. "

"Quick and easy check in process, super friendly staff. Car park underneath is small and a tight squeeze, and unfortunately full on our stay, but you can park in the secure multi story across the road for the same price as the hotel (just make sure to enter your reg at reception)! Location was ideal for access to bullring and music venues. Room was super comfortable. We were overlooking the bars behind the hotel, and although you could hear the gentle beat of the music with the windows closed, it really didn’t affect our ability to sleep at all - they even provide earplugs ahead of time for you if you want them. Overall it was a fab hotel, and we will definitely book again for future stays. Special shout out to the staff as every single person we interacted with was 10/10."

"My partner and I stayed here for his birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and a thoughtful birthday message waiting in our room. The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious, though unfortunately, the food and coffee weren’t as hot as we’d have liked. That said, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely return!"
