"Excellent price for such roomy accommodations. Quiet neighborhood as well, quiet complex. A minor maintenance item was fixed immediately upon reporting. Most of the units are up a flight of stairs, so keep in mind if you have physical limitations. Would stay there again for sure."

"CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. There is about a .5 mile walk across the beach to town which can be a lot so be mindful. All in all, we’d stay here again if we were to revisit."

"The property has new owner, new name and is having an overhaul. I am only the third guest. They are still working on ten units. There are two small pools and the property has lots of interesting statues, murals in cantera stone. I rented unit 2 on the second floor with a shared balcony complete with barbecue grill, table and chairs with umbrella overlooking the pools on one side and the street on the other side. Half a block from the beach. Interior of the suite is like a one bedroom apartment....
