"The resort and staff were amazing. The only issue we had was paying for the North tower, but they were out of rooms so we were put in the South tower. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was. The rooftop pool was very relaxing. The restaurants and room service were also really good. It takes a little bit to get used to always having to “tab” out when eating and drinking, even with the all inclusive package. It was a very quiet resort compared to others we visited in PV."

"5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice. Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity. If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing. "

"We have stayed at La Estancia four times and we absolutely love it. It is clean, very well appointed. The food is amazing. The views from La Patron for breakfast are unmatched. We were so impressed that they built a new roof over the patio at La Patron. The Italian restaurant for dinner watching the sunset is amazing. We walked several times into Bucerias which was a nice perk. We will be coming back. "

"The property is fantastic. It’s close to the main downtown. We had a 2 Br panoramic suite, which are great if you are not on the lower floor. We were allotted a lower floor which was surrounded by vegetation. Next day we were moved to a higher floor and it was perfect. The food is great and the service is fantastic. "

"Great views and big rooms and spaces. Overall amazing property ground and pool area. If you are a full sun-lover, not the best as the pool has only partial sun in some spots etc, amazing of you like sitting in the shade and enjoying the view and pool etc, so it was perfect for us. 2nd BDRM in the 2bed suite (Hortensia/4) want great. Just a double and not that new or flat, so for an adult couple it would not be my choice next time, not to mention the window into the stairway which could be loud...

"This condo is amazing and the view takes your breath away when you walk in. We loved everything about it. For Celiacs- a tip is to buy more food at a grocery store and bring some small packaged condiments. The resort doesn’t have a lot of gluten free options."

"Our stay here was amazing! Lynn was the best host and very helpful with ideas/suggestions before the trip. She also checked in once we were at the property to make sure all was great. She is wonderful to work with and this property had the best balcony and views. It was also an incredible unit to stay in for two families of 4 (eight total). I would highly recommend working with Lynn as well as this property!"

"Pros: Property and amenities were nice. Staff friendly but at times inefficient. Good food overall. Good specialty restaurants for dining. Cons: We couldn't get a baby crib on the 1st night and had to insist heavily. No way to get a decent coffee and no decaf option. Long lines for breakfast because poor setup and bad organization. "

"Everything was excellent: extreme attention to details, however we found the pool floor in the bar area (the only one we have been using) extremely slippery and dangerous (something has not been carefully done while renovating). Shows were quite insignificant, but at the end the service, the quality of the food and the attention of the staff will make us considering return. Absolutely."
