"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"I appreciated the 60 plus page of instructions about the property. However, the checkin process is somewhat inconvenient. You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. Our doorpad did not work so we had to use an emergency lockbox to get an actual key to open the door. Then we gather the fey fob...

"Loved how close to ocean and beach and easy transportation. Gate into this apartment group that is supposed to be locked is not lockable. Would love to have salt and pepper and a dishtowel provided. "

"This is the second year I stay at Vanessa’s place. I would come back again! It is clean and accessible, and Vanessa is very attentive. She has everything you need for the beach, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella for shade and one for rain, as well as a cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there’s a grocery store really close to the location. I love how close it is to the beach and restaurants. I left Isla Verde super happy again :)"

"Puerto Rico is an annual winter trip for me. Of the many locations where I can stay Isla Verde is the most convenient for me. My needs are small so I look for value and the San Juan Towers fits the bill. Taxis and Ubers are readily available. Since I rent a vehicle to travel the island, included parking is important. The building is clean and secured. Food shopping is a short walk. Restaurants are easy to get to. I would definitely return again."
