"Near the Kyoto train station. Small Quiet room with its own small sink and television. Nice selection of books and info about the area. Only bad things was I was told there was a laundry area to wash my clothes but I couldn't find it anywhere."

I stayed in hotels of all levels all over Japan. I never had any had a design like this. The size of bathroom small, that did not matter and can be normal in Japan. "Situated approximately a brisk 10 minute walk from either Namba or ebisucho station, this was a convenient property. Rooms are small as appropriate for japan but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a little tight. We had a fridge included in the rooms we stayed in which i dont remember feom the amenties which meant the property catered for all our needs. Staff were helpful and lovely"

"The prices were good and it’s not too far from the station, hence I chose to stay at this property. It’s close to the local monorail station, but if you’re looking for the JR, it’s like a 10 minute walk. bought the room wi th the shared bathroom, but had some issues because I had tattoos. They were flexible enough to open the shared baths to tattooed guest during busy seasons, but you’re only allowed to shower between 11-3am which was a pain, but just something to be mindful of.
