"I strayed for five nights and the staff were very helpful. I had a room on the 9th floor and it was lovely. Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom and toiletries were lovely and the free Starbucks coffee machine in the lounge was a great bonus. Location is very easy and quick to get to from Namba Station. Highly recommended. "

Only one suggestion for the family deluxe room I was staying, where the space for each sleeping area were indeed big enough for a double size bed, would be even more convenient for large family members with couples. "The lobby and lift area had a very strong machine/diesel (?) smell and would make me gag. The soundproofing of the rooms weren’t great either. Being close to the lift, we could hear the guests outside every day and night. The hotel location was about 6 mins from the nearest station, 2 minutes from the Dontonbori district but I would think it’s a rowdy area - we saw drunkards every night cos there were alot of bars around the hotel. NYE was worst - a lot of tourists and foreign workers drunk on...

"I recommend this location for those who want to be near the Nishiki market and Kyoto Sanjo station. It’s a 10 minute walk from the Gion district area. The property itself- clean and super kind staff. They even let us borrow their umbrellas during our stay.
