"This place was amazing. We booked 3 nights on short notice after our homeward bound flights were cancelled. We got a large family room and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We had the sofa beds made up to give the kids their own beds. The in room washing machine was a godsend for the extra days holiday we were not expecting to have. The staff were the best and so happy to accommodate and make sure your stay was good. This place was amazing to stay at. "

"The hotel staff is great extremely nice and eager to help. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10 I would highly suggest purchasing it. The attention to detail was great as well for example, the room keys were made of wood, which I think is a very nice touch. Next time I come to Osaka, I will definitely be staying here again. "The room was neat and nice. The staff was kind and the property was clean. The treat in the lobby was really nice, and the amenities were good. My kids loved the pancakes at breakfast. The coffee at breakfast was really nice as well. The view out the window was the Toyoko inn sign haha, but also a city view. The only complaint i have is that when picking up my luggages a large rowdy tourist group came in while i was unlocking my luggages. No one seemed to be properly managing and directing...

"As it mentioned before, the property is old. The room is cleaned, but the beds and the room are too small for 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child). Very generous in amnesty. Pyjama is provided.
