Nice and modern hotel. Great breakfast, and two 24hrs supermarkets by walking distance. The shuttle to airport offers convenience. The cleaness of the onsen facility is the only thing which should need an improvement.

Hotel’s location is excellent, it is near the JR station and Rinku Town. Due to early flight, I have used their shuttle bus service, excellent. However the cleaning really need to improve. There is hair in my room’s hand basin, many hairs on the floor and hand basin in the public bath’s changing room.
