"The staff were very helpful. The room we stayed in was a bigger space for 4 to 6 people. We have four people stayed there and still feel very spacious. I wish they have more hooks for hanging towels in the powder room. The surroundings area has lots of restaurants you can pick from family-owned to high-end restaurants. Many convenient stores around. Overall, we love it and definitely recommend this for family to stay."

"The property was in a quiet alley but very close to shops and restaurants in Kyoto. Near an Irish pub with good drinks. Very nice staff and accessible lodging "

"Apartment in a quiet area, close to station and convenient store. Comfortable beds with the exception of the sofa bed which as very uncomfortable. Mini fridge was a plus. Unit was very tight for three even for Japan standards. No space for luggage. Carpet was stained throughout the unit. Walls had pen marks. Overall okay."

"This place is a total gem. I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and two teenage daughters and the room was spacious enough for us to all feel very comfortable. The hotel is in a great neighborhood - walking distance to amazing shopping and so many great restaurants. My daughters said it was their favorite vacation we have ever taken as a family. We will definitely return to this hotel! "
