"Amazing ryokan stay in the heart of Kyoto; there’s a public bath you can try which is traditional and fun way to shower / bathe. When you check in they pour you tea and give you traditional sweet; they then go through breakfast times; breakfast in the room is amazing and must try. "It's a small and simple hotel but location is good. A lot of restaurants nearby and there's a money changer machine and MUFG ATM machines next to arashiyama line. Important is this money changer machine provides good rate for foreign currencies compare to other bank machines. "This ryokan exceed all expectations . The two owners of the house, a couple, were the sweetest people. Super helpful and they knew english. The rooms were so cool in traditional style and the public bath was cool to see.
