"As American tourists, this was our first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was certainly a memorable experience. Similar to a hostel, everything is communal and gendered (separate male and female floors). The place itself is extremely clean and run in a very orderly fashion. If we were to change anything at all, it would be to have more secure doors in our pod capsules (they were just screens) and to have the pod capsules contain some sort of temperature regulation/fans inside (they did not,...

"It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find.
