"A wonderful hotel in Shinjuku! Very clean, grand and excellent service. Around 8-10 mins walk from the busy Shinjuku station which connects you to many areas across Tokyo. Walkable to all restaurants, shops, activities etc in the heart of Shinjuku. Free bottled water daily, lovely small gym and room service upon request. Would definitely recommend. I will be back! "

"This hotel is wonderful. Beautiful, modern, new property. Clean everywhere. We added breakfast option and sure were glad we did. Plenty of food options at buffet, both Japanese and non-Japanese. I honestly looked forward to eating breakfast everyday during the stay. Every staff we encountered was nice and very professional. Many staff members can speak English. Used the bath once and it was clean, spacious, not crowded at all. Also used the laundry a couple times but first time was around 7pm and I had to wait for a long time for the dryers, which takes over >60 min to dry one load. Drink vending machine, ice machine, and microwave on every floor. They also has a scale for your luggage in the vending room. "
