"A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing. It could fit two people, and we loved how the doors opened up to look at the view. We were on level 2 and if you can I would suggest trying to get a room level 3 or higher as we did have some...

"The public dorm rooms are actually really nice, offering a small kitchenette to cook for yourself and whichever friends from around the world you may meet. The Santoku is a little grocery store that's literally adjacent to the building, and everything else is actually within a good distance for walking too. I would come back in a heartbeat. "

"I Love this area and will come back to stay at Minn Nishikasai hotel. The hotel is equip with stove, refrigerator, nice essential oils shower gel and also shampoo and conditioner. 7-11 is 2 mins, Lawson store 2mins, Nishikasai metro 5 min easy walk and i have back problems. There are lots of small restaurants everywhere. The stadf is very courtesies and polite and helpful. You can check in on a ipad and communicate through the ipad easily as well. Checkout is quick with QR code.."

"The rooms are clean, small, and well appointed. English instructions are provided. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but a fair walk to the nearest subway stations (about 1km to Sakurashinmachi and Komazawa-Daigaku). "

"The place was near restaurants. We walked and chose where we ate. The area was quiet the place was not that clean to our standards but it’s okay. There was a washing machine if you want to wash your clothes and you can dry the clothes a small balcony. Nobody at the check in counter all communication were in the iPad. It would be nice if there is an easy way to communicate with somebody like in our case that we extended the check out time. Maybe the iPad at the counter can be used for that...

"Great hospitality No parking "

"This property was lovely. Great room with plenty of storage to 2 suitcases and all our souvenirs. We had a bit of trouble working out the shower and bath setup. Everything else was beyond our expectations. Great views of the river & Skytree. Luggage storage was very secure. And they called a taxi for us to head off which arrived quickly."

"Ideal room setup for a family with small kids. The futons can be closed off with the partition allowing for separation between kids and adult. Shower and onsen were spacious and the room came with kitchenette including stove, fridge and microwave. Good location within walking distance of restaurants, stores and some local attractions. "
