"We stayed here to be close to Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea on our trip vs. taking train from Tokyo. We stayed on the 8th floor facing the direction of Hotel Okura and Toy Story Hotel. The hotel staff was supportive, friendly and patient. Though we were early for our check-in, we are able to place our bags at the bell desk. And prior to arriving here we had our luggages delivered from our previous hotel to here. Stepping out briefly so that our room is ready by 3pm, we were surprised to see that...

"Quiet business location but hotel lobby was under renovation, so the hotel lobby was loud, noisy and we could not enjoy the lobby area and beautiful chandeliers. One night, we lost electricity for approximately 2 hours. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful."
