Clean, comfortable - the only thing to note is if you’re arriving in the evening like I was, and walking from bus stop, it can be a dark walk, especially if you’re alone. But waking up there is beautiful surrounded by forests. The onsen is lovely too, looking out over the river, and private! "

"Absolutely wonderful room- king bed with private hot spring bath ( room 1127). Wonderful amenities, goodies, drinks in fridge, etc. spacious, clean, well appointed. Half board very fun! Discount tickets for Edo Wonderland. So much fun!! Only 30 minutes to Nikko sightseeing- we had a private driver take us around for the day. Highly recommend 3 nights! One to rest up, one to spend the day at Edo Wonderland, one to enjoy NIKKO. Very relaxing with history and culture, we really enjoyed this area!...
