"Loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, the staff were polite and the room was in great condition. The room itself is like a small apartment and has a washing machine, mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. If you’re renting a car, beware that you will have to search for a public parking spot near the hotel. "This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and most spoke English. The food was delicious at the restaurant and I enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Walking to the Secret Garden was fun and scenic. They helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my friend as well. Highly recommend for both winter and summer!"

Amazing Resort in Jeju

"Love everything about this JW Marriott Jeju. From the front desk staff, restaurants, facilities, to our room, everything was well thought out and of 6 Star quality. The staff here were excellent, professional and well trained. They took well care of us from check in to check out. This is not something I normally write reviews about, but the food selection and quality in their restaurants were excellent. Everything was best quality and perfectly done. This is the most beautiful JW Marriott site I have ever seen. We will be back for sure. "

"Beautiful garden with many impressive copper artwork next to a museum. It has a cafe provides set breakfast & set dinner. We had breakfast & dinner at the cafe, it tastes good. It was therapeutic walking around the stay compound garden in the morning, hearing the bird chirping. The owner has a private owned collection museum. She’s very kind to show us, explains to us about her collection Artworks. P.s (For foreigners, need to pay extra attention on the signage). The signage “Cafe Stay” can be confusing. Not tally with Jeju Bom Stay. "

"그동안 제주도 여행 다녔던 중 최고였습니다. 아름다운 올레길 7코스의 중간지점에 위치해 있어서 이틀에 걸쳐 7코스 정복하게 해 준 고마운 호텔이에요!! 조식도 가격대비 좋고, 단품 메뉴도 다양해서 좋습니다. 실내-외 수영장 있고 자쿠지까지… 자쿠지에서 석양 바라보면 외국에 온 것처럼 느껴집니다! 반드시 또 갑니다!"
