"We LOVED the location just minutes from Universal's front gate-even closer for the Valet parking lot. VERY easy in and out, excellent quick-serve breakfast with plenty of seating. Beds were very comfy, four pillows on each bed, and the water was hot when we needed it. Our ground floor room was perfect. We were even able to check in a little early as our room was already cleaned. "

"This was a decent value for our 2-night stay when we arrived late and then were out being tourists the rest of the time. The location between the airport and downtown was good for us. The breakfast was great although one of the mornings there was not enough food for the high number of hotel guests. We appreciated that the staff tried their best. "

"The only place to eat within walking distance was service station and McDonald's. I was nervous to walk to McDonald's once it was dark"

"The hotel exterior has seen better times. The sign itself for the hotel is unlit and very hard to see after dark. The interior is clean, but old. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was old, but clean. Bed very comfy and after a long day at the parks was wo derful to sleep in. Doors to room were heavy and people never bothered to shut them quietly, so we woken up several times with the sounds of doors slamming."
