"Good value. Dishwasher, stove, and fridge works well and will save you money dining out. Small broil pan, fry pan, and pizza tray are convenient. Utensils and cups are enough for a family of 4. Washer and dryer plus detergent are included in your rate. If you need more detergent just asked and they gave me more. If you are going to the beach or are there for sports this is helpful. Heated pool and hot tubs are nice too."

"The property was nice and clean. I was surprised to see that the layout of the room was actually a two bedroom unit, great for a group or family traveling. Not your typical hotel room of less than 400 sq ft. Ana at the front desk was great who provided us with the detailed information we needed upon checking in at midnight. She was really nice and friendly. Highly recommend and will plan to stay here again. "

"Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. "It advatized wifi which we did not have. One of the best sheets on my room was very dirty and had cuts in it. Mind you the sheet was in-between the other two sheets but and not noticeable till you separated them, however how hard is it to replace the throw like blanket if it's damaged and is stained. I can't speak for the other rooms since I stayed in the master bathroom. Everything else looked clean and maintained and everything was working besides the advertised wifi and the front desk...

"The property needs a good upgradation. Roaches and Ants in the kitchen. The toilets were not cleaned properly. Not enough toiletries were supplied for a week of stay. The washer and dryer were dirty. Please take these all under consideration before booking this condo. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Awesome front view, some good fast food and restaurants are within walking distance. 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney World and Universal Studio. "
