"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. "We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Unit is right across from the pool on the third floor. You do have to drive to the convention center from this unit. We were able to easily Uber to DisneyWorld for a day or two."
