"The Pool was great, we liked the feral cats, chickens and ducks roaming the property. It was quiet, close to restaurants and shopping, easy to get to the beaches, downtown and highways. The Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. We didn't use any of the cooking facilities but it was nice to know they were available if we wanted to cook. "

"This home is nice for an affordable base near the park if you want the flexibility of being able to relax in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well appointed as is the open design living and dining room. Having access to a full size washer and dryer is a huge bonus given the amount of rain on this side of the island. The 3 bedrooms have comfy beds and linens. The towels in the 2 bathrooms were plush and absorbent. There is a skylight or something above the bed in the bedroom with the en-suite...

"Place was great for a quick stop. A bit warm in the bedrooms with the ac unit in the living room. Easy to find and great location for Volcano National Park "

"Beautiful property, and accessible to everything. Our family enjoyed it. My 8-year-old boy enjoyed the board games. The only thing is they don't have enough bedsheets and pillowcases (there's 8 adults and 1 child in our group). Also, they have super old and scratched none stick pans for cooking."

"Chris & Roxy had the up most hospitality. We felt welcomed he made it feel like we were family. I can honestly say we made two new friends. We will be back the next time we come back home for a visit. Mahalo Chris & Roxy."
