"I can honestly say this condo was easily as attractive, comfortable and well outfitted as advertised and we loved our stay there! The view from the Lanai was gorgeous and the wealth of passing birds was, from that height really fun to watch. The supplied binoculars was another very nice amenity! When we return to the big island, this will be our number one choice!"

"The view is amazing! Very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. One small accent chair would provide comfortable seating for a fourth person in the living area. "Nice location with a beautiful view, just outside downtown Hilo. Parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Accessible, responsive host. The unit itself was clean and spacious, with a well-supplied kitchen. Air conditioning worked great. The condo building has offices on the lower floors, so doesn’t exactly have a vacation rental feel but would still recommend it as an excellent base for exploring the east side of the island. "

"We loved our stay at this place! It is located right next to Carlsmith Beach Park where you can snorkel and swim. It is very nicely appointed and has everything you need. It was nice to have an elevator with our luggage. We met the maintenance man on the way in who was very friendly and guided us to our place. Parking is free with a dedicated parking spot. The owner is very responsive and helpful!"

"We had stayed in this building before and loved its convenience to Carlsmith beach park. This unit is small, but charming and perfect for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. "Access to the property was convenient and effortless. We were only a few blocks from most everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as were the bathrooms. Thank you for making sure we had coffee and creamer for our first morning - it was a life saver after getting in late after a long day of travel. The best part was how comfy the beds were. "It was a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. It was super quiet, clean, close to volcano. The only thing I would say is the driveway had a huge hole if maybe it could be filled with rocks and the soap dispenser was stuck. Oh yeah and the coffee pot didn’t work. All in all they brought us soap right and way with a new coffee maker. Definitely would stay there again😃"
