"Staff and cleanliness..I did not like having to pay for parking "

"The front desk representative was extremely slow with checking my family in. Additionally, housekeeping DIDNOT come to clean my room my entire stay. I had to literally ask for new towels. Also, they charge you for parking, daily, which was not indicated at the time of booking. The condition of the room was fair. You can tell that is old and they attempted to paint over old stains/ spots. Because of theses issues I will never stay here again. "

"easy check in staff was kind at night check in staff in the morning acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered. Food was good and hot stay was over all clean and quiet I could smell cigarette smoke in the hall I was in a non smoking room couldn’t smell it in my room though thank God because my kids were there… house keeping cleaned my room while I was away thank you for that! Will definitely stay again for a quick trip near the airport "
