"Property was easy to find and has great location. We had a balcony(more of a window as you can’t step into balcony) room on 3rd floor which is manageable with luggage. You can hear passing cars overnight so some may call it noisy but I was fine with it, there is also a interior room option which may be quieter. Room itself was clean and had bare minimum amenities, no coffee, water, iron etc. it had a mini fridge and tv. Bathroom was small but clean. Water pressure in shower was so weak that it...

"The hotel was excellent and Hiram took extra care to handle any issue we had. One thing that would stop us from coming back is not related to the property, but the frequent power outages that can interrupt any plans you make. We had to severely curtail our plans for a couple of days because of that. What was surprising is that those who live there were so used to it, that we never knew that the island was without power until we traveled all the way to the mall, only to find out it was closed....

"We loved staying in Old San Juan where it’s so convenient to walk and not have to find parking everyday, and this place made it easy. However it’s loud at night because of the nearby bars/clubs-however Trotomundos knows this and provides earplugs, which is somewhat helpful and definitely thoughtful! "The place is good so far, but finding it was a little hard because it was late and just a little sign which when I got off of my car, it looked I was able to find the entrance. Did not see any parking specific to the hotel, but managed to park in an alley. Still here I will let you know when I check out today the full experience."
