"We loved our stay at Hugo Rental. Ease of getting in and out of the property was great. Our host Mari was amazing. She guide us where was the best parking lot and also provided suggestions of where to go for breakfast. The poperty was very authentic. Very centric to get to the sights and stores in old San Juan. Highly recommend it. Note there are stairs to get to the rooms, but that was not a problem for us. "

"The staff was really nice! The hotel was really clean, I’m not sure if this is a newer boutique hotel but it was super cute! They upgraded their smoking area on the 7th floor while I was there and it was nice, I’d love to go back and see what else they do with the hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, whoever was the interior designer did a great job! And it’s near so much, the art museum, la placita is a 10 minute walk. There are restaurants near by. "Smooth check in and out procedures. Property was clean and as expected but every time it rained (which was often) the window leaked leading to large puddles on the floor. We sacrificed most of our towels to keeping the floor and our belongs dry."
