"Overall, Ellis Island is an underrated hotel, however, staying here has its drawbacks. One night there was a blackout, and the next a scary 3:30 alarm went off. The staff didn’t seem to known whether or not it was a false alarm/or not. The restaurant is far from fancy but the food was awesome and service top-notch. Also liked Karaoke, but wish that and casino were smoke free!"

"I liked that the property was a good price and not so far off from the strip. I did not like the pictures that Expedia has to show off and you get catfished when you show up. I did not know I was going to stay at an outdoor style hotel. That's on me for not furthering my research. While here I noticed how crowded the outlits were to the TV, and fridge outlet, so much ours hung off a little that our fridge unplugged and the ice melted causing a wet floor. "

"We booked this hotel because it has very interesting antiques everywhere include restrooms by the checkin counter and booking rate was very reasonable in this popular season. Located just 2 blocks away from DownTown LV and can't hear noise from downtown but there are 2 freeways and cargo train rail right by this hotel that give traffic noise all nightlong. Other then that, very convenience location if you love to explore downtown Las Vegas. "

"Our stay at My Place Hotel in Henderson Nevada was exceptional! When we checked in Gabriel was so nice and was knowledgeable with questions about surrounding restaurants, etc. The rooms were spotless, quiet, comfortable and very reasonably priced. We would give them more than 5 stars if possible!"

"Overall experience was great! we got in late Thursday night and check in was super easy and room was clean and ready! next morning we packed up checked out and heading to the outlets across the street which was very convenient! "
