"The property was small, but very well kept. The communication with the host was excellent! It was a very warm summer (for part of it, at least), so the AC units had a little trouble keeping up throughout the house, but it was not bad in the evenings. The house is right across from a park, around the corner from some great restaurants and such and very convenient to downtown and other Nashville features. Would definitely recommend!"
