This hotel has had major renovations and new furnishings, carpet, paint, sink and countertop, ttoilet all replaced. The still need to do a few fixes, like new threshold at the bottom of doors. The ved was very comfortable and I felt safe there while sleeping. They have security cameras visible around the property. Fire safety looks to be all upgraded as well. The continental breakfast was very basic, and was very clean and managed well. A very nice lady greeted us and was very kind. I would stay again.

The front desk clerk was especially helpful and accommodating in meeting the needs of ourselves and another couple who had gotten together for the grand old opry.

This is really a motel that appears to have been upgraded. That said, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff super friendly and helpful. The area right around the property seems like it would be seedy, but it really isn’t. There are several restaurants and bars very close by that offer different food and music options. It is also just across the street from Opryland, which was very convenient as I was here for a work convention. I was very satisfied with my stay and would book here again. A clean comfortable room for a price you can’t beat.

The area was quite noisy. They put you in a room as far away from the office as possible. There was an outlet hanging out of the wall with the TV attached to it to use the TV you had to put in or create an account which I did not want to do in my motel all I want was basic TV . I will say that the bad was very clean and more comfortable than many. I have stayed in the close proximity to the convention center was great. The breakfast wasn’t bad at all. The lady who text me it was really nice, but it did look dirty and rundown on the outside. There was a cracker barrel right behind it. Housekeeping did stop by and knock on the door every day I didn’t need anything.

We arrived and we're able to check in with no problems. Our room was more than we expected...it was clean, fresh, comfortable and nice. We weren't aware that it was located behind a restaurant that featured live music..but it was ok and not into the late night hours. We plan a return trip but with our little family sometime in the future.

Free parking was a key for us as we were towing a trailer. If you need a quiet stay, ask to be further from the main road and not on the side next to the large bar. Breakfast was very sparse.

The location was centered in the best spot!!! 5 minute drive from the mall, and 2 minute walk from 3 local eateries. Plus, a 4 minute drive from the convention center I was visiting! The internal design of the hotel was also very clean and modern! Loved our stay here 💗.

Great price for being across the street from Gaylord Opryland. Buffet breakfast included. Vending machines do not work well and staff will not update signs. Do not use $5 in the soda machine. You will not get change. That is the only complaint.

Sheets and bedding and stuff was not changed hair all over the room carpet not vacuumed housekeeping does not deal with the job. They’re supposed to do with the rooms. They were not clean.
