The desk clerk was not friendly, the room was fine but did find a roll of medical tape and hair clip on floor so probably wasn’t swept very well. Was right next to bars/nightclubs so very loud until 2 in the morning so not much sleep. We ended up leaving at 4 in the morning because of people fighting right outside our door. Never again.

Staff was friendly, beds comfortable. The hot water in the shower took forever to warm then couldn’t cool it down, stayed piping hot. Housekeeping came before 9am, luckily I am an early riser

It was a nice place to stay if you don’t mind being beside a very loud bar that is very lively until 2Am. Then breakfast was the bare minimum. Staff and the hotel was nice. If you’re on a budget this is the place to stay. If your looking to get to music row, they offer a shuttle for $10/person.

Very close to Opry Mall and Grand Ole Opry. Motel is in rough shape and needs to be upgraded although staff was great and friendly.

The room we had was next to cooter's museum. There were way to many people tromping by my room all into evening. Music was loud on Sat night. With Opryland hotel across the street..make sure if your booking between Nov and Jan that you don't need to drive anywhere 5 ish to 9. Heavy traffic from Opryland Ice and shows and Opry Mills Mall. Breakfast doesn't serve meat and eggs were blah. Yogurt and bread and muffins and cereal were decent. Waffle maker and coffee tea and apple juice. Staff were super nice and room was clean. Walks to Cracker Barrel and other restaurants. Hotel has lotion and shampoo and conditioner in locked on wall containers with bar soap. Pets are allowed with a fee saw several there. 25.00 around that. It's convenient to do downtown with a shuttle 20 roundtrip.
