"Love that this hotel has a laundry room. They charge a fee to the washer and dryer but it's still reasonable compared to the typical laundry fee per item. Location is close to the main station as well as the gornergret station making it pretty convenient. They are several shops as well as a supermarket nearby too. Overall room and bathroom are nice, spacious and clean."

"Not a lodge/hotel but a 2 room apartment. 3rd floor walk up using narrow stairs; no elevator. Great location. Small but adequate balcony overlooking main street of Zermatt. Noisy bedroom until 10:00 PM. With occasional noisy groups passing below until 2:00. Internet connection terrible, very intermittent. Living room tiny. Extra charge for cleaning. Would not recommend "
