"I gave the property 4 stars for the age of the property, especially in the room (carpet, decor, etc.), and incrediblye tiny-ness of the bathroom-- it's smaller than RV bathrooms but gets the job done. HOWEVER, for the area and for primarily being a ski resort rental, it was way more than adequate and I'd definitely stay there again. "I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is perfect. Close to everything in town and only a 10 minute walk to the Matterhorn gondola. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The hotel is immaculate. The fireplace in the lobby is super cozy and provides a great spot for a cocktail before dinner. The breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Our room was very comfortable and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. "
