"This house was great for a larger group. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The house is right across the street from the recreation center. We had a great stay."

Both toilets prone to running (wastes water) Check in at 4 pm and out by 10 seems unreasonable given the high prices Biggest problem was the WiFi. I had several zoom meetings I had to attend and the WiFi was only in the common kitchen area. In the master bedroom with working desk there was zero WiFi. It really doesn’t cost much to assure the WiFi covers the whole house. I was unable to fulfill my commitment"

"The three of us, and a dog, spent 6 days over the Ner Year at Pelican House. We loved the location and the viewl. The bedding and towels were very comfottable and we were imoressed with the cleanliness of the house.We would definitely rent Pelican House again."

"House could use a bit of love especially in the kitchen. Pots and pans scratched Teflon was glad i brought my own. Had a mr coffee, not nespresso as listed. Some of the dishes are chipped. All are easy fixes. Only had 3 forks... management was quick to supply more. Bed super comfortable excellent water pressure for showers. Excellent comfortable couch and large screen tv. Surrounded by trees yet close to beach. We will be back."

"Everything about this property is perfectly comfortable and beautiful and I would absolutely stay here again. Great neighborhood. You can walk or drive in to irish beach with a paved trail. House has everything you need including couch covers to keep clean from dogs. Beautiful views from every angle even the bath tub Electric fire places are effortless. Privacy from neighbors. I could go on. You can’t go wrong. "

"The house and location were fun. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. There were cobwebs throughout the house and the fountain next to the hot tub needed attention. There was an empty beer bottle and cigarette butt in the fountain. Overall we had a great time. The house could just use some TLC."

"Very nice house, feels like a cabin in the woods! There are neighbors nearby, but you can’t hear them or see them from the living room’s large window. Really clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Thanks for a great stay!"
