"Enjoyable five days at Otter’s Rest with fabulous weather. Very comfortable & enjoyable house. Good location with spectacular close ocean views of rocky coast from deck & windows. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen & baths. One negative is no pretty sunsets as blocked by hill & house."

"overall quite nice. construction next door was minimal, BUT the closeness of the new structure really took away from the overall feel. i'm sure 5-6 established trees and a little time will soften this effect."

"We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was our first time here, our group loved being in this house and waking up to the beach, and falling asleep to the beach. The beach is a short 10 minute walk about the neighborhood to get down to the water. Beautiful hot tub, and clean towels. The master bed is super comfortable. We have basics to cook pasta, and breakfast. Local shore shell store 10 minute drive."

"Had a great couple of nights at pelicans Landing. The views were spectacular. Just steps from the 3 mile Bluff Trail. Will definitely rent again when in the area."

"We had a great stay at the Rosebud in Sea Ranch. The house is located close to a trail to Shell Beach, spacious to comfortably house the 7 of us. The hot tub was perfect, and amazing at night time for star gazing!"

"It was just my dear wife and myself for 3 nights; in hindsight WAY too much room for the 2 of us. Everything was fine except the grill. I asked specifically if it had propane but on the 2nd night it ran out.....disappointing, but not killer; hence only 4 stars. And I want my flask back, which I foolishly left on the coffee table. ;)"

"Good basic accommodations with a wonderful view. Waves crashing are a great way to fall asleep. The main upstairs bedroom has ants in the daybed area."

"We spent 3 nights. Long time girlfriends meeting up with our sons to just enjoy the beauty of the Sea Ranch. The house was just what we expected and the views were just as advertised. The house is nestled on the hillside with beautiful views. We also enjoyed the wildlife. Deer grazing casually and the resident turkeys that hung around. They didn’t seemed bothered by us at all and we loved watching them. We also enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace after returning home from all the amazing hikes...

"This was a perfect quiet place to spend the 4th. Loon Landing has everything you need to relax and enjoy Sea Ranch. Comfortable and homey. Loved all the little trails nearby."

"Loved this place. Was super clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked (though spice cupboard could use a cleaning). The parking was easy and the location was very central to Gualala. But THE VIEW is the reason you stay here. It’s amazing. And the super clean hot tub on the deck watching the sunset is perfection. My only caveat that I would mention for others is that it’s not in a great walking area ( unless you want to walk to town). But all in all a gem of a home and would...
