"This was a very magical stay for us. My boyfriend and I decided to take a small first time vacation together and I chose Mendocino. The Watertower is both private and accessible. No wheelchairs, so if you're not independently mobile choose somewhere else. The accommodations are minimal but perfect! The private jacuzzi is very powerful and the shower is big enough for two! And they give you terry robes to use while there. The bed was super comfy and they furnished a fan, which is a huge deal...

A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. It certainly provided a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!"

Both toilets prone to running (wastes water) Check in at 4 pm and out by 10 seems unreasonable given the high prices Biggest problem was the WiFi. I had several zoom meetings I had to attend and the WiFi was only in the common kitchen area. In the master bedroom with working desk there was zero WiFi. It really doesn’t cost much to assure the WiFi covers the whole house. I was unable to fulfill my commitment"

"Beautiful setting, well designed space and smoothly organised by the hosts. We got a verbal slap on the wrist for unknowingly checking in an hour and a half early. (Its self check in) which felt completely unnecessary and left a sour taste. That being said the hosts do a great job, Brittany may have just been having a bad day. Would still highly recommend "
