"The views from this location on the bluff are absolutely amazing. The house had what we needed, but things were dated. Some of the windows are cloudy, and the furniture isn't all that comfortable. We had to drive 9 miles out of the way to pick up the welcome packet at the Vacasa office. (I don't think I will use Vacasa again.) "Jade’s Tower was a delight. It’s very well situated in the heart of Mendocino - the shops, restaurants and coastal paths are within walking distance of the tower. The tower is lovely, modern, thoughtful and beautifully designed. A spiral staircase connects the two levels, the ocean views are fantastic, and the landscaping on the property is lovely. My only issue was entirely subjective - the mattress is extra firm and was a bit too hard for me, but my husband loved it. Hosts were communicative...

A quick 5 minute drive into Gualala allows you to get anything you forgot at home. The reverse floor plan build of this home makes for great wildlife watching from the window seats in the open living area. Both toilets prone to running (wastes water) Check in at 4 pm and out by 10 seems unreasonable given the high prices Biggest problem was the WiFi. I had several zoom meetings I had to attend and the WiFi was only in the common kitchen area. In the master bedroom with working desk there was zero WiFi. It really doesn’t cost much to assure the WiFi covers the whole house. I was unable to fulfill my commitment"
