"Good basic budget option and close to night market, shopping, etc. The property is older and a little run down, but not dirty or anything. Woman at the front desk couldn’t speak much English, but she was kind and check in was easy."

"Location is good, very near the station. The room have no AC, lucky the stuff kind enough to lend me a fan for my staying. The wall make from wood board, so you can hear people chating and watching tv from other side. So sometime I woke up in the middle of night, because of the noise. The big problem is not the noise, is the bed bugs or something. The 1st two night wasnt that bad, because I didnt get biting much, so i didnt notice. Only the thrid night I start feeling my body is very itchy....

"Very nice property, with beautiful views of the city. Very close to major transportation hub, many local eateries to choose from. Room was beautiful with stong wifi and hot water. Area is not the most touristy but as i mentioned major transportation is 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend to otheres."

"The Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel is a nice property with exceptional rooms, a great breakfast buffet, a good location in Seoul, and even a casino on-site for guests. We enjoyed the restaurants and the property thoroughly with the only exception of a very bad smell in one of the rooms that got worse during our stay. We informed the front desk of the issue, and they apologized, but we were checking out, so there was nothing that could be done. Strangely the hotel hallways and elevator corridors...

"This hotel is in a great location. If you are bus savvy, I was able to get here from Seoul Station by bus in less than 15 minutes. The wifi is strong. There was free water in the room. Free toiletries and great eateries around. The bed was comfy and the room itself was clean. The bathroom is a wet shower. I would stay here again. "

"Good value for money. Right outside itaewon station which was fantastic. Nightclubs around the hotel goes on until 4am so only suitable for those who can sleep with music. Otherwise you will struggle to sleep. Otherwise great hotel"

"Great hotel. Close to Seoul Station and theres a subway station outside the door. The room was spacious for one. Cute shower with a tub. There was no lockbox in the room, but then again S. Korea is safe. I'd come back. "
