"8000 won is an incredible amount to do a load of laundry. The free continental breakfast was very nice, yet no one hosted it. There was no one at the desk. I had woken up at 8am and a fellow said to come back at 10am for laundry assistance. I returned at 9:20am and ate breakfast and waited over two hours waiting for staff to help with my laundry, (per signage, on TWO mornings)! This is the first place I’ve ever stayed that insisted one throw-away toilet tissue rather than flushing it....

"The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of shopping district, with easy access to the subway and airport limousine bus. The room was cozy and modern, with comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. I find their best asset to be the staffs.
