"Friendly staffs and even with little and no English to communicate, I still was able to understand their system. The room I booked was small but enough space for me. There was a computer and key board that took up too much space they need to get rid of. The bed had a heating blanket, so it was very nice and warm. There was no room service unless requested and there is an area on every floor to grab clean towels, clean sheets, Max coffee and water. They have a Laundry room that they offer guest...

"Property did not have an elevator. Room was way too small but the bathroom was nice and big. The place is old and not too clean needs renovation. Need more English speaking speaker even if it is a little. Did not feel too safe if you're a solo traveller. I would not recommend that. "
