PROS Is located near embassy and finance district and a walkable distance to Myeongdong Street. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful when check in, check out and helping us to book the ride to the airport. Housekeeping lady was very nice CONS Breakfast was ok but i think it needed more variety. Blueberry yogurt was very good. The only bad thing was the elevator take very long. 9.0/10

Absolutely love the location, very convenient for dinning and shopping! The only thing I don’t like about the room is the pillows. They are absolutely not firming at all, they are all flat and not comfortable at all!

Stayed for 4 nights - the hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to the subway only a minute's way away, and picturesque views of Namsan visible from around the corner. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had many tasty options. A well-stocked convenience store on-site allows for purchases 24/7, The only minor complaint I have is that the elevators often require a substantial wait, particularly around breakfast time - but aside from this, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

This property is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful. They speak English very well. They are also helpful in calling taxi cabs for foreigners and providing directions to services, etc. because this is a business area, Friday nights are off the hook. That is South Korea for you. Lots of office worker parties. Additionally, the bank across the street has a plaza where they host music, DJs and musicians on the weekends. It is quite loud, but the music only goes on until about 10 PM.

This property was walkable to train, bus, myeongdong area, my husband and I walked everywhere, if you don’t feel like walking you can easily catch a taxi or use Uber Taxi and it cost around 6000-8000 kw at most within the vicinity, Property was clean, and safe. Central. Would stay here again.

Hotel located in a very convenient and central location providing excellent services to customers. The top floor breakfast/dining area is very pleasant and the breakfast quality was excellent. The room I was in was however a bit dated and the carpet/walls were stained and would be better refreshed.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Lotte City Hotel! I found that it was very clean and the staff was very kind. It was very welcoming to me as a foreigner. I would suggest that staff ask as check if you drove your personal vehicle and parked in the parking garage because upon leaving, I was about to be charged 409,000 won for parking because my vehicle was not registered with my stay. After going to the desk this small inconvenience was resolved, and I was only responsible for the 15,000 won parking fee. Other that they everything was great, and I would stay here again!

It’s was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect and close to all the shops and markets. The breakfast buffet was so good with so many choices and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we have enjoyed staying at and would highly recommend it!!

We liked everything about the hotel, though I wish there’s a little bit more room for the luggages. The fridge wasn’t getting cold but that’s not really a big deal for us. It’s so easy to book rides in the front desk if you don’t feel like taking the train. There’s also dining places around the area that’s walking distance. Overall a good experience, definitely recommended!

The hotel has a centric location for close-by places of tourist attractions like the main-street of Myeongdong shopping, walking-distance or easy subway access to the Gyeongbok-gung palace, etc. Although, they would need to improve their cleaning system because of the issue of the dust in the curtains and A/C ducts. We had dust related allergies during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Andrew, we would absolutely consider coming back and staying here in the near future.
