"Location is good, very near the station. The room have no AC, lucky the stuff kind enough to lend me a fan for my staying. The wall make from wood board, so you can hear people chating and watching tv from other side. So sometime I woke up in the middle of night, because of the noise. The big problem is not the noise, is the bed bugs or something. The 1st two night wasnt that bad, because I didnt get biting much, so i didnt notice. Only the thrid night I start feeling my body is very itchy....

"So the room is very clean itself. And the common area is clean. The front entry way and outside areas are dirty and there are lots of cobwebs. The ladies who run the guesthouse are pleasant. The bathroom for 201 is not attached; it is private but you must walk through the common area to get to it. The subway is about a 10-15 min walk. Not walkable to Seoul tower like I thought it would be. I mean it is, if you want to walk 40-45 min one way. You need to arrange timing with the ladies for...

"I got there by 9pm and all the doors were locked - the checkin supposed to be until 10pm. Luckily my Korean friend could call them and ask for help (I have to phone access here, only Internet). Them took us to another place a few blocks away - better location but to door keys or lockers (I had my work laptop with me..I just can't leave it sitting around). My bed was full of hair..I had to use my own towel to cover the pillow. Worst part: there are only two bathrooms to be shared between all...
