とにかく日本語が通じるのでとても安心して過ごすことができました。3泊4日で利用しましたが、フロントへのコールも日本語の聞き取りも受け答えも完璧にして頂いたので、助かりました。リクエストしていた件もお受けいただいていてとても嬉しかったです。地下鉄の乗り場がすぐ前で、空港までのバスも少し歩くのみなので、とにかく体力を使わず過ごせました。難点を書くのであれば向かいや隣の部屋の方の出入りの音やアラーム音が聞こえることと排水溝が詰まりやすかったことです。
