Really happy I stayed here. Staff were amazing- so helpful. The room was cosy and well cleaned. It is really well located - within walking distance of the night market. I wasn't able to get to the roof so can't comment on that.

Everything is good. I only give an 4 because they charged US$11 if you loose your room card which has never happen to us before. We sometimes forgot to return the room card at other hotels but was never charged.

The hotel was in a great location in regard to public transportation, shopping, dining, and sight-seeing venues. The rooms were clean, and the hotel amenities were plenty, and we took full advantage of the washer and dryer. The staff was professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
