We were upgraded to Deluxe from Superior free of charge. The staff were very helpful and all smiles. The hotel is in close proximity to 2 train stations and next to K-Limousine bus stop

I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Seoul. From the suburb customer service, to delicious food, a metro stop right outside, and easy access to a high end food court, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel in Seoul. The twin double is very comfortable with a large soaking tub, bathrobes, and a Totte bidet. I will definitely come back in the future.

Korean staff specially reception staff are very nice and try to help real good. I think its best location and best place for traveling to Seoul Korea for foreigners.
