" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"The house is absolutely perfect. Huge rooms, each 1 with its own bath. The design is stunning, the location is even better, my niece and nephew and the rest of the family loved the lush foliage and wildlife that paid us a daily visit: iguanas and spider monkeys and different birds. The pool is constantly tended and cleaned. Located in a very quiet and very safe neighborhood. "Property was very clean and nice. Staff were very attentive, would like to thank Alex one of the servers from Kampai, for making our lunches memorable. However, the beach was lacking and the app they used for booking restaurants was unreliable. Lastly, the resort comes with free airport transport, visit to the cenote or catamaran but this was never communicated to us until it was too late to book. However, overall great experience and would definitely come back again."
