" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"Absolutely recommend to stay here! Carlos is an amazing host! This property is located inside a gated private property so it’s super safe. It was a little difficult to find but our host Carlos went out of his way to go find us. The location is next to Xenses and Xcaret parks truly a hidden Gem! The house is absolutely stunning and Carlos was responded back quickly if we had any questions or concerns , he also took time to give us a tour of the place and made us feel like We were at home,...
