"I was a bit nervous after looking at the reviews, however, the rooms didn't smell, the shower was clean, and no stains on the sheets. The front desk people were very helpful during check in. My only complaints are that there were no free waterbottles in the room (not expected though) and I couldn't figure out how to get my phone to play on the tv. "

The hotel is right on the riverfront & extremely close to restaurants & shops. We can’t wait to go back to Chicago & stay at the Swissotel"
