"Very modern and chic style building- beautiful living space with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a n interesting meadow and burbling creek. Very clean and comfortable- had everything you would need. Easy access to local restaurants and wineries. Would definitely recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay in the house is walking distance to the Bluffs and beach. The caretaker’s house is attached to the rental home. That was not clear in the description. This did not bother us, but it might bother some."

"This home has everything you need for a relaxed vacation in the middle of Napa. The home is nicely furnished, the kitchen is nicely equipped and the linens are nice. You’re also close to downtown Napa and the Silverado Trail. It’s saved as a favorite for future trips. "

"Our family of three enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space. We received all the check-in information ahead of time and management was very responsive with inquiries. We found the location to be great. Unfortunately, it rained a lot the first few days of our stay and we did not get to enjoy the Russian River as planned. But the river is a short walk away. "Our stay was overall really good.We did get a very wet weekend and we didn't know that to go from the kitchen to the rooms/bathroom we had to pass through the open patio, so we'd get wet and the floor got soaked as we came in and out.Other than that we had a lovely stay! The hot tub worked well, we watched DVDs and were able to prepare all our meals.I'd definitely come back."

"Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county."

"My husband, 8 year kid, my senior Dad and I stayed for four nights. My dad loved the privacy of the bungalow (bed and powder room), my son loved the pool, my husband and I loved the spa.It was centrally located to Santa Rosa where we visited the Charles Schultz Museum, and Napa and St Helena where we enjoyed so many amazing restaurants and shops.The property was clean and well maintained. "Clean, spacious, and comfortable home. Behind the backyard fence is road so traffic can sound noisy at times. The morning was peaceful though wrong birds singing and a river water sound flowing. "This is our second time renting Willian's home in Kenwood. This home is absolutely stunning and fully equipped with everything you need for a family or group of friends gathering. Fold-out bunk beds, 3 pack and plays, a high chair, tennis and pickle ball rackets, sidewalk chalk and great kitchen and bathroom products. Linens are great quality as well. Chateau St Jean and many other wineries are minutes away. We will absolutely rent this home again and will recommend it to others.Only issue is...

"We loved this VRBO property! The space was very cozy and larger than anticipated! Both the pull out couch and the bed were very comfortable. Spacious, large shower.
