"Always loved this place. Great atmosphere! Love looking up at the water tower and trees from the big warm swimming pool. Staff is so down to earth, welcoming, and professional. I feel like a guest at someone's big villa or hacienda. "

"It is centrally located, well kept and well maintained. The front desk staffs say all the right things but they is no warmth. They look like they couldn't be bothered. Other staffs were exceptional. Tree triming at 8is am on Saturday right outside the room was unacceptable for this type of hotel."

"The Napa River Inn hotel has a wonderful location in downtown Napa. The staff is friendly all the time. The rooms al clean. They serve fresh pastries every morning direct in your room and all of them are DELICIOUS. This was our second visit to this resort, and for sure all our stays at Napa will be at the Napa River Inn hotel"

"The inn is very close to Yountville and the cost is much cheaper. It is right off the highway so it is ver convenient. My room was adjacent to the lobby so it was quite noisy when other guests were having party all night long. Otherwise, the facility is very clean and affordable "
