"The stay over valentines weekend was phenomenal partly due to the fantastic stay my wife and I had at the Napa Valley Inn. Quaint, elegance, nostalgia, and more.. This is a truly hidden gym. The staff was helpful, gentle and knowledgeable in assisting us. One staffer named Hope was amazingly accomplished in her customer service skill set as well as others in the way she made us feel apart of the Napa River Inn's legacy. Will be back if permitted. "This is a great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to downtown. It is an older hotel with small rooms but lots of charm. They do supply earplugs in the rooms because you can hear everything but I wear earplugs anyway when I stay at a hotel because I'm a light sleeper. You have to find street parking which can be a little tricky but overall I liked this hotel and will stay there again. "
