"Hotel is convenient for the airport and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the man at check-in wasn't very friendly or welcoming which let it down. "

"Brilliant hotel we were upgraded to a suite it was massive ,very nicely decorated, very clean .comfortable bed slept great. Bathroom spacious we didn’t use the bath but the shower was great twin sinks with plenty of shelving for products . Shower gel shampoo and conditioner were lovely. Tea and coffee station was very good and well stocked nice to have bottled water in the room ."

Decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous throughout. Breakfast was well set out and delicious. We had a drink in the Refuge bar too, which is stunning and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite especially Sharon at Reception- fantastic customer service. Can’t fault anything- absolutely fabulous hotel. "
