"Great hotel for the arena and the main shopping centres of Manchester City centre. Friendly staff and quiet area of the city. Given it only opened in July 2024, some of the interiors in the room are looking slightly shabby, which is disappointing e.g. threadbare towels. If you’re staying here for a show at the arena, and want a drink in the bar after, it’s worth jogging back otherwise you’ll be queuing for drinks when the rest of the arena turn up! Enjoy. "
