"We were originally booked into lord nelson but could not honor our booking which i was glad about after seeing the state of it, we were given liner as a result of this which was absolutely gorgeous ,lovely staff and lovely hotel, only downside not enough lighting in room "

"I was pleasantly surprised. Comfy bed. Clean as you like dorm. Even had a hairdryer in dressing table drawer. Really enjoyed my stay. Such friendly and helpful staff too."

"From the outside the building didn’t look very inviting but inside and the apartment were well maintained, clean and the kitchen area was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. it was nice to arrive to some teabags and milk in the flat. Easy to find and a great quiet location for visiting the city. Lots of places to eat nearby."

"Everyone is very lovely & welcoming. I really enjoyed this hotel especially for its location, handiness to a pub and the lovely modern rooms. 100% this has been our favourite hotel we have stayed at in Manchester and it definitely won’t be the last. Can’t wait to return "

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."
