"The location is PERFECT! We were right in the middle of everything surrounded by restaurants, pubs and shopping. The cathedral was less than a 10 minute walk away. Our room was a large size considering we were in Europe. I can't think of any better place to stay while visiting Canterbury."

"This is the second time we have stayed but the first time we had breakfast the food was lovely only we would of preferred it if the tea and coffee were served to the table as we were backwards and forwards to the buffet I know this is a very small issue and slightly petty but it would of been nice staff fabulous will definitely stay again hotel spotless and we had a lovely big room we will return and use the spa thank you "

"This hotel was excellent. The staff were delightful, everyone very friendly and very helpful. The hotel had all of the amenities you would need bar a fridge in the room as other reviews have mentioned. This wasn’t an issue for us though, they give you milk in a thermos at the bar. The room itself did look a little tired in places but it’s a 3-star hotel so that was okay with us. That being said, it was very clean and comfortable which is what matters most. I would advise check booking through the hotel website directly, they do deals and I suspect I may have gotten the room cheaper directly than through Hotels.com, rookie mistake by me but it is what it is. Overall a great hotel made even better by its staff."
