Great location, 10 minutes to Canterbury, very quiet, great staff - they couldn't do enough for us, greeted us like friends every morning. Would definitely book this place again if in the area - fabulous stay for 4 nights after a 30 hour flight from Australia.

Really impressed. Staff were all super professional helpful, and friendly, all round excellent customer service! Rooms very clean, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Brilliant value, would definitely recommend. I’m not easily impressed but this was excellent, especially for the price!

We stayed here on our way to Dover ferry port. We were very impressed with the staff who were all very helpful. We had to leave early to catch our ferry and were very impressed that the staff let us take some pastries in to go bags and coffees in our flasks from the breakfast buffet!

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Our bedroom has a problem with the window, and we get a new room without any problem. Breakfast is delicious, like a holiday in standard. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is polite. I read previous reviews, and some people complained about noise from A2. It is not very right. It's normal noise, and we have a good sleep. It's a shame they don't accept dogs, which is what we require for our future trips.
