Really nice hotel and good reception area. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. 2 negatives for me - the jacuzzi was broken annoying but not the end of the world... When I was checking in another staff member kept on interrupting the staff member I was dealing with... with no apology or recognition that they were talking to me. I found it a little rude.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Facilities in the Hotel are very good. Swimming pool is a excellent. I did need my ear plugs at night because you can hear families/other guests in adjacent rooms if they are noisy and I am a light sleeper.

Purchases was good, the hotel is larger than we usually book. The spa was large but packed with kids and swimming lessons, didn’t expect this to be so busy. Hotel room was nice, so limited on power points for a property of its age. Shower was awful, toilet wouldn’t flush. Wouldn’t return!!
