"Our suite room is ready for early check in request. Staff are nice and helpful. But took a while for our request of extra blanket to arrive. The air conditioner in our room 423 is not working properly so we have to open the door from the main bedroom to get the air to the living area. Overall we spent our stay satisfactory, my grandson and his family had fun in the pool and all of us had a good rest. "

"The hotel was very clean, great staff, breakfast average, area more industrial and felt a bit dodgy. Room was very soundproof- we were next to the elevator and never heard it! All in all great value. "
